General Training Courses for All Government Employees
Now all State government employees, whether or not they are with an agency that uses DTF Shared Services Oracle systems, can enrol in one of the many non-Oracle related training courses provided by DTF Shared Services.
Previously this training was only available to government agencies that had made the transition to shared corporate services. This is distinct from the Oracle training provided by DTF Shared Services’ End User Learning unit. Any State Government employee wanting general training can now enrol in any of our non-Oracle related courses at a very competitive rate. Employees of agencies using DTF Shared services Oracle systems
Employees of government agencies that are already using DTF Shared Services Oracle HR/Payroll system can enrol in these courses using Employee Self Service (ESS) and the “My Learning” function. Simply log on as you normally would through the eBusiness Centre website and enrol in the course of your choice.
Employees of agencies not using DTF Shared Services Oracle systems
Employees of agencies not using DTF Shared Services Oracle systems can enrol using the form provided on the right. This includes those who are part of the Education and Training Shared Services Centre, Health Shared Services or agencies that are not part of any Shared Services centre.
To enrol simply download the form ‘Enrolment Form – External Learner’, fill it in (scan as pdf) and email to us at business@oss.wa.gov.au or fax it to us on 9258 0201.
How to enrol using Employee Self Service (ESS)
For more information and instructions on how to enrol in one or more of our courses a ‘Quick Reference Guide – How to Enrol’ has been provided to the right to explain the process of enrolling using Employee Self Service. Only employees of government agencies using DTF Shared Services Oracle systems can enrol in this way. All other employees can use the enrolment form provided.
