iSupport

 

iSupport is an extended customer self help tool for users of the eBusiness Centre. 

 

Customers can lodge enquiries or service requests directly through this system and search the "Knowledge Base" which is a continuously updated system of FAQs.

 

iSupport is currently only open to current Shared Services customers. 

 

To access iSupport:

  • Go to the Shared Services eBusiness Centre via your intranet or other access point.
  • Open the Applications page.
  • Click “WG iSupport Employee User” > Home.

Knowledge Base

 

The Knowledge Base is designed to help you to work out if there is already a solution to your problem before you submit a service request.
