Client Relationships and Customer Service

Shared Services has established dedicated client relationship management and customer support services to help ensure consistent, responsive and reliable corporate services.  At Shared Services, we distinguish between clients and customers as follows:

Clients: A Western Australian government agency, organisation or business entity that receives services from a Shared Service Centre (general agencies are serviced by the Shared Services).

Customers: Individual staff within client organisations and suppliers to WA government
