ConferWest is the Western Australian Government’s whole-of-government video conferencing service. Its goal is to assist government agencies achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently by using video conferencing technology.

ConferWest has implemented robust and reliable technology and provides high quality services including:

• Multipoint bridging
• Conference booking, initiation and monitoring
• Video, phone only, or video-phone hybrid conferencing
• Provision of support services prior to and throughout conferences
• Locating video sites (world-wide) and booking of facilities
• Video conference consulting, such as providing assistance with business case preparations to install video conference facilities.

ConferWest services are available to Public Benevolent Institutions at the standard government rates.
