The views of agencies, their staff and key stakeholders are important. Consultation and collaboration with agencies, professional associations, unions, central government agencies, and Corporate Services staff, is a key strategy to inform and guide the design, planning and development of the transition to shared services.

The Transition and Engagement Team is ensuring that agency employees and all key stakeholders are fully consulted about all people related matters affecting the new shared service arrangements and that a co-ordinated and professional approach is undertaken in design and development work.

Cluster Consultative Forum

A key consultative group is the Cluster Consultative Forum, which facilitates regular consultation between the General Managers and Project Officers with officials and agency delegates from the Civil Servants Association/Community and Public Sector Union.
