Transition to shared corporate services is a multifaceted process, requiring a partnership approach between the Department of Treasury and Finance Shared Services and client agencies. Shared Services recognises this can be a complex and considerable undertaking, involving careful project planning, change management, communications, business re-engineering and organisational restructuring.
