Agency Roll-in Services (RFP3)
Do you have the expertise and resources you need to roll into shared corporate services?
Shared Services has set up a non-mandatory panel contract (RFP20003-03), known as RFP3, for the supply of agency roll-in services. The contract began on 28 October 2005 for a period of 3 years with a further twelve month extension period.
Your Shared Services Transition Project Manager can help you scope your requirements and prepare selection criteria for a Request for Quotes from RFP3 contractors. Shared Services appoint and manage the successful contractor/s. Your agency funds the successful contractor/s.
Roll-in services include, but are not limited to:

Cleansing agency data

Developing interfaces between agency systems and the Shared Services solution;

Verifying system tests and User Acceptance Tests; and

Migration of data to the Shared Services solution.
Contractors were selected on the basis of their demonstrated skills for the following elements:

Projects (e.g. Large-scale, large-scale migration and Government, HR and Finance migration projects);

Migration experience with specific technologies (e.g. Oracle HR, PeopleSoft, Concept, Teamwork, etc.);

Skill Areas (e.g. Project Manager, Consultants, Analyst Programmers, etc.)
