Transition Support Services
Transition Team
Clients rolling into shared corporate services are supported by the Shared Services Transition Team.
When your agency begins its roll-in, Shared Services will provide you with a designated Project Manager and team of experts. These people will provide ongoing information, advice and support across a range of business change and technical issues. The length of time the Transition Team works with your agency will depend on the size and complexity of your agency.
Initially, the Project Manager will contact your agency and introduce the people who will work with your agency's own Shared Services Project Manager and Project Team. During the early stages, the Transition Team will work with your Project Team to customise a project charter and plan. The teams meet on an ongoing and agreed basis.
Your Project Team will be given access to and guided through the Agency Roll-In Portal. This is where you will find guidelines, tools, documents and templates to facilitate your transition to the shared service environment.
