Our approach is to facilitate the migration of your agency data, through an effective communication strategy, including documents to provide data conversion advice and capture your concerns.
The technical infrastructure which supports an automated facility will be used to extract agency data, cleanse and validate the data and convert the data using data mapping rules required for the eBusiness Centre. This process has been designed to be a iterative process resulting in various reports and logs being written to allow users an opportunity to correct data through this transformation process.
A final Business Reconciliation of the HR/Payroll data load is a series of Payroll Parallel tests that are completed to give confidence that the Oracle Solution will cater for the Agency's requirements. This process is repeated in Production when the go-live data is completed and to ensure the transition to the new solution is smooth. The Data Migration Team will co-ordinate these activities with the Agency or the Agency's Payroll Service provider.
